HELP
Here are some
various tips on getting some of these games to run on your
computer.
As yet I haven't put up any bootdisk instructions or config.sys/autoexec.bat
alterations, I'll get them up soon.
Most games are available for download off this site in zip format. Please note that some archives contain installation/setup programs for configuring your hardware. After extracting the archives be sure to check out any documentation included (look for files like readme.txt, readme (no extension) and read.me or file_id.diz - they can all be opened in notepad) and if necessary run the configuration program.
If you use WinZip and there is an installation or setup program included in the archive, the WinZip wizard will attempt to run that program but in most instances the installation program won't copy the files from the archive. To remedy this, it is recommended that you extract the archives using WinZip Classic. If you have any problems with a game on this website e-mail me and I'll do my best to help you. Be sure to include your system specs when you e-mail (Processor, RAM, Operating System etc.). Also, make sure that the subject line contains "Help: Name of game" otherwise it risks being disregarded.
